Exchange and return policy
Our valued customers can return their purchases within 5 days and exchange them within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
Within the following terms and conditions:
1) The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition, displayable with their packaging and tags, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
2) When trying on shoes, please be careful not to leave traces on the shoes or damage the shoe box.
*After completing the shipping process, the customer must contact us to provide us with the shipment number expected to arrive.
